New place to climb

Camden is like a little spider monkey. What I mean is he climbs in, on, and up just about everything he can. He has just discovered that he can climb up into the book shelf. We are going to have to anchor it to the wall somehow just in case.

My Bestemor (Grandma)

Talking on the phone

Yes Camden has mastered using the phone. He has loved phones from the time he first figured out what they were and what amazing things they can do. Like make noise, vibrate, light up and best of all people talk to you on the other end. Boy phones are the best invention ever made.

Camden loves to read his books

Camden loves his books and will sit and read any book. He will now pick a book off the bookshelf and come and sit on your lap to read picture books. We are so glad that he loves to read already.

Reading with Great Grandma

Camden is an avid reader and it is an extra special treat when Great Grandma reads him stories whenever we go over and visit.

Snuggling buddy

Cousin Maddy and I snuggle whenever Aunt Cara watches me.

Camden's new favorite place to sit

Camden loves to climb into just about everything. Today he discovered his toy box. He usually just tips it over and pushes it up to the coffee table or couch and climbs onto them.

Walking everywhere

Within one day Camden has decided to walk everywhere. And he is only 10 and half months old.

Talking 'bout my best friend

Camden and Daisy are the bestest of friends. They do everything together, even kissing.

Silly faces

Busy busy busy

No Fear!

Camden has absolutely no fear. He crawls over and climbs up anything he can.

Literally getting into everything

I can climb in and out of my table and blow kisses at the same time. I am so multi-tasking.

Getting into everything

7 years

It seems like just yesterday that Craig and I were getting married. We have just celebrated yet another anniversary. It has been 7 years now and so much has changed. As you may have noticed we have had a beautiful baby boy who is now, can you believe it, 10 months old. He is just about walking now, taking 3 to 4 steps at a time. Most of the time it is not very graceful to watch but he is figuring it out one fall and bump at a time. And would you know that the day after Christmas he cut his very first tooth. He loves to run his tongue over it. But don't be surprised if he doesn't let you look at it. If we try and open his mouth to look in his tongue immediately pops out and covers it, almost cartoon like. Other than a few days of crankiness ranging from 1 to we'd say about an 3 or 4 on a scale of 1 to 10, Camden seems to be surviving his first tooth. He is acting more needy than usual for saying he will go to just about anyone without a problem. We love that he so willing to snuggle but also hope that he will return to his normal curious and independent state soon enough. We have been very lucky. We figure that our next child will be a little hellion because of what an angel Camden has been. Now that he is more mobile he is able to make more messes and it can sometimes be a challenge just to keep up with him. But we would never give him away. We have been so very blessed.
